At moon+star, we want you to love your celestial-inspired pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your purchase doesn't fit your style or size, we make the exchange and refund process simple and seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
